“Calgary White Hat- Best server” nominated (Tourism Calgary) Pooja Ale Magar has over 10 years experience in food and beverage service from Nepal, Kathmandu; UK, London; Canada, Lake Louise-Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise; Whistler- Fairmont Chateau Whistler; and Calgary, Fairmont Palliser/Hotel Arts.
In 2007, Pooja graduated in Hotel Management. She has earned a diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Oxford College of London in 2009. As well as a Diploma in Payroll Administration program from CDI Colleges Calgary in 2017.
She defines great guest service as actively seeking out opportunities to give customers a better experience than they expect or perhaps had the last time.
